These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the cka44 platform and all its services. By visiting the cka44 website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) methods are currently accepted on the cka44 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Only use these specified methods to make transactions.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method on cka44 is ৳300. Once a deposit has been successfully processed and added to your account, you may begin betting.

3.3 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Account verification must be complete before submitting a withdrawal request.

3.4 Transaction Terms

• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Use of third-party payment accounts is prohibited.
• cka44 reserves the right to suspend transactions in the event of any suspicious financial activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and punishable.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on cka44 have the opportunity to receive up to a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus — bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — bringing the total balance to ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the original deposit. For example, after placing ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets, winnings earned from the bonus may be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may be used only once per user.
• If bonuses are claimed using multiple accounts, both accounts will be cancelled.
• cka44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be considered void.
• In any dispute relating to bonuses, cka44's decision will be considered final.

cka44 operates a five-tier VIP program for its regular and loyal members. Each tier offers weekly cashback and special benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6.1 General Betting Policy

All bets on cka44 are considered final, and once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled. Users may bet any amount within their available balance.

6.2 System Errors & Technical Issues

If a bet is unintentionally processed due to a technical error or system malfunction, cka44 reserves the right to cancel that bet and refund the relevant amount. In such situations, it is the user's responsibility to honestly notify the support team.

6.3 Fraudulent Activity

Any of the following activities will be considered fraudulent and will result in permanent account closure:

• Betting using bots or automated software
• Bonus abuse in violation of bonus terms and conditions
• Collusion or coordinating bets with other players
• Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform
• Operating an account using false identity or information

All content on the cka44 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other proprietary elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of cka44 or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, broadcasting, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from cka44 is strictly prohibited.

Users may only use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Scraping any part of the platform, data mining, or collecting information through automated means is strictly prohibited.

11.1 Account Closure by User

Any user may close their account at any time by notifying the support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closing the account. Any active bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled.

11.2 Account Closure by cka44

cka44 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms or the Privacy Policy
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud
• Engaging in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Operating an account as a minor
• In response to a direction or order from a legal authority

12.1 Changes to Terms

cka44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new Terms.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between cka44 and a user will first be addressed amicably through the support channel. In the event of any dispute, cka44's decision will be considered final, however the user retains the right to seek any legal remedy.

12.3 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. The courts of the relevant jurisdiction shall apply to the resolution of any dispute.
